Look no further for the solution to pre-listing repairs or the dreaded request for repairs list after a home inspection. I know it's difficult to arrange a plumber, roofer and electrician to handle the repairs but it doesn't have to be. Just call me and i can do it all! With my previous home inspector experience I can easily identify all defects and repair them.
Tenant turnovers can also be tricky but just one call takes care of it all. I can make your property look good as new.
Property updates and upgrades can instantly create curb appeal and make your property sell for more money and sell faster.
I've been working construction for 20 years now. I started with residential and commercial framing as an apprentice for several years. After which, I ran a fencing company with a friend of mine. During this time I performed over 400 fencing jobs as well as dozens of retaining wall and deck jobs. Then the recession hit and fence jobs dried up, time to move on! I had always been doing handy-work as side jobs but then i decided to do it full time. During which time I remodeled bathrooms and kitchens, drywall, tile, carpentry, roofing, plumbing, electrical and just about anything else you can think of!
Nearly five years ago I moved to Redondo Beach from the San Francisco Bay Area. This entire area is amazing and I really love it here! Shortly after moving here I started a home inspection company, Informed Inspections. Home inspection utilized my handyman and construction knowledge as well as my attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills. I also like the fact that I was able to genuinely help people and make sure they didn't buy a money pit of a home. After several years I was then presented with the opportunity to work with Habitat For Humanity as a Construction Site Supervisor. This job was very rewarding because everyday we were doing good for the community and really helping people by building homes as well as many other community services. I met a lot of great people there and eventually came to the realization that nobody knew of a good, trustworthy handyman.
After a couple years I decided to start Rowan Handyman Services. My intention is to be your local handyman. My goal is to provide excellent customer service while providing quality craftsmanship for a reasonable price. Do the job right the first time, every time! Anyway, thank you for reading all of this and please give me a call, shoot me a text or e-mail me sometime!
